ECUFix is European based and will ship goods to anywhere in the world. I do have problems with the reliability of the postal service in certain countries though, these include South Africa.
I will normally dispatch your goods within 1 to 2 days of receiving your payment. Note that this business is my hobby, hence this is why my prices are some of the cheapest out there! Sometimes I have to work abroad which means that your item may take 3 days before it is posted; please do not worry because your custom is safe with us.
If you find that you have either ordered the wrong item or it is faulty, please contact us via email and we will then arrange either a replacement product or a refund. Please note that ECUFix cannot be liable for postage costs relating to goods returned for a refund; although ECUFix will refund the original postage included within the purchase price, we will not refund your postage costs to return the order.
